English: Cheese-making barn (buron) of mortared stonework under a four-sided thatched roof in the Mont-Dore, Puy-de-Dôme. It is a specimen of the "ancient type" of burons, as opposed to those of mortared stonework under a roof of slates or stone tiles. The edifice is on its way to ruin.
